Who we are
CosmoTrace is a remote-first company building observability software. You can reach us at hello@cosmotrace.io.
What we collect
If you submit the demo form, we collect the fields you type: name, work email, company, estate size band and your message. We use them to reply and to prepare the demo. We keep them in our CRM for as long as the conversation is live and delete them on request.
The site uses one privacy-preserving analytics provider that records page views without cookies or personal identifiers. There is no session recording and no advertising pixel.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with anyone except the providers named on the trust page, who process it only to deliver the service described there.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold. Email hello@cosmotrace.io and we will act within one business day.
Changes
We will change this page when the facts change and note the date below.
